1967 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic 1967 Volkswagen Beetle. This car is a true HEAD TURNER !!!. A lot of time and money have been invested in this one of kind Custom Beetle. It is a true combination of road worthy and show winner. It is no "trailer queen", It is a Driver.This Custom Beetle was TOTALLY RESTORED about three years ago. There was no expense spared. The entire car has been gone through. The front brakes were upgraded to Front Wheel Disc.The four speed manual is controlled by a Empi shifter with Reverse Lock Out. This is a fantastic upgrade and very easy to operate.The interior is like no other I have ever seen. Too many times the standard interior is left in place with a wild paint job on the outside. That is not the case here. The seats, front and rear and door panels have all been customized. The factory Wolfsburg steering wheel is still in place.Everything on the car works as it should. The headlights, turn signals, brake lights all work as they should. Fuel gauge registers properly. All windows operate flawlessly. There is a Safari Flip-Out windshield. This is a 1000.00 dollar add on by itself. It operates as it should and is in perfect condition.You will see a really cool package tray under the dash. The car may appear to have a "low" stance, but it has plenty of ground clearance. There is brand new shocks on Front and Rear. It has a fantastic ride due to the KONI shocks (which are totally adjustable), it is the perfect balance of firm yet comfortable.The rear suspension can be raised and lowered if you chose to have more or less negative camber. The adjustments are unlimited. The Front is equipped with Air Ride suspension. The front end can be adjusted all the way down, as well as being adjusted to a "factory" ride height. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere. It starts and runs like a champ. It is incredibly reliable. 1967 was the first year of the 12 volt charging system.
